Meet Erin, fashion entrepreneur, author, mother of four but most of all, lover of all things FASHION and a fashion icon. Friend and a long time admirer of mine, Erin is someone who if you don’t follow you will definitely want to. Her daily ‘fit checks’ are like no other and her new baby ‘Deering’ is a brand which is becoming a key player in the Australian Fashion industry.

Nickname: Probably Aaron? Because every cafe mistakes my name for this one, and it’s stuck with a few people!

What are you known for: Gosh! A few things spring to mind, but maybe I’m best known for my undying love of fashion!

Your style in one word? Evolving.

The one fashion item that you couldn’t live without: Currently, the Power On Coat from Deering. It’s made me boring as it’s all I want to wear!

You’re inspiration behind your latest collection: I always have so many inspirations when we’re building the collections out! Mainly we’re continuing the narrative of fashion is a feeling, which you see through the textures, fabrics, shapes and overall sentiment. I’m obsessed with the self expression and story telling potential of clothes. Every piece and outfit talks back to feeling a certain way, and re-educating us all of the power of personal style!

Investment or trend: I don’t really lean either way but I am a bit of a style chameleon and like to play with different vibes so I’d say I’m more likely to buy into a trend than think of an investment as that feels boring to me!

The last thing you do before leaving the house? Check my water bottle is filled up!! I cannot leave the house without it full.
